Catalina State Park
Located at the base of the mountains that Oro Valley is known for, this 5,500-acre park
has much to explore with numerous canyons, streams, and forests. Visitors can bike through the park on designated biking trails, saddle up on a horse for the day, or take it slow on foot. With an abundance of cacti and desert wildflowers, the park offers the best of Arizona wildlife set against the scenic backdrop of the Catalina Mountains.
Park opens daily from 5 AM to 10 PM. $7 per vehicle and $3 for individual/bicycle.
