It's not often you can buy a property on the infamous Allen Street in Tombstone, especially a build-able Lot with a bit over 2 acres lot, across from the current Tombstone graveyard! with water and power right there. This is Zoned R-1, but there is a good chance you could get a Variance, which allows for horses to be kept on your land in the city limits(many of the surrounding neighbors are keeping horses on their property). The property also comes with City Trash Removal, rights to vote in City Elections and a opportunity to have a Grave Site in the graveyard across the road. Not sure what sort of neighbors they are to the South, but I suspect like any neighborhood, you have your quiet ones and your rambunctious ones ;-) Yes we are excited about this one as you can tell!
